Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: 18.00 per hour

Location: Sterling Heights MI

Hours: 8am-5pm or 10am-6:30pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team in the staffing industry. The Staffing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the staffing process by coordinating schedules, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional time management abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Candidate and Employee Coordination:

  • Schedule candidate interviews, orientations, and onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate and confirm employee work schedules based on client needs and availability.
  • Communicate with candidates and employees regarding job assignments, shift changes, and updates.

Client and Candidate Communication:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, employees, and clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Facilitate effective communication between candidates, clients, and internal teams.
  • Collect and document feedback from clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records in the company's database or applicant tracking system.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork, such as employment contracts, background check forms, and other required documents.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including timekeeping and verifying hours worked.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the staffing process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare reports and gather data as required for compliance and analysis purposes.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, and clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and clients, addressing any issues and ensuring a positive experience for both parties.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
