What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of CIBC’s Enterprise Mobility team, you will be working alongside Senior Mobility Engineers and participating in all aspects of Service Delivery. This will range from design, solutioning, engineering, validating and support of CIBC’s Enterprise Mobile and Mac Services. Additionally, you will participate in determining standards and roadmaps for hardware/software, decide how the platforms are configured and recommend standards/solutions for organization wide initiatives.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Problem-Solving Skills Structured problem-solving skills to reach root cause for both common client issues and larger systemic challenges; engage vendor partners as necessary; Identify and resolve medium to overly complex issues and provide guidance or documentation on escalated items.

  • Engineering – Lead evaluation, selection and implementation of new and emerging products and techniques; support the development of business/technology proposals by estimating implementation costs and evaluating options. Drive service improvements using various methods of automation, process optimizations and emerging technologies.

  • Detail Oriented - Details matter. Having a keen eye to notice trends and patterns in data as it is presented and scrutinized. Generation of reports, documentation, and dashboards to accurately reflect necessary data points and storyboards.

  • Client-Focused - Engage with purpose to find the right solutions. You go the extra mile because it is the right thing to do.

Who You Are

· You can demonstrate experience in design, implementation and support of technologies and technology-based solutions dealing with the Apple Ecosystem and Mobile Device Management (MDM) – specifically Apple Macintosh, iOS and VMWare Workspace One along with Google Android. Additionally, you can demonstrate advanced proficiency in scripting/coding (i.e., Xcode, Bash, Swift, PowerShell) as well as previous experience w Automation and Automating tasks. You have the knowledge and understanding of marketplace experience, developments, and trends as they relate to end-point device security and management.

· You have strong knowledge of: IT Standards, Policies and Procedures and can use and administer the organization's technology practices, standards and procedures appropriately to diverse situations.
