As an Assistant Manager in Global Wholesale Operations, you will ensure the operational efficiency and economy of the unit is maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures as well as developing staff to ensure a high level of productivity and high calibre employees. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in various business lines including Trade Lifecycle and Trade Finance, OTC products knowledge, Analytical experience, FX, Derivative Products, Security Settlements, Money Market, Collateral, Futures, Finance, Banking, reconciliation, borrowing and lending, accounting.
A passion and interest in Capital Market / Financial Market space
Exceptional communication, leadership, organized, able to multi-task, work well under pressure.
Analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Experience in Python, Data Analytics and Modeling, VBA, Excel, Power BI, Project experience, ADP, 6 Sigma, Broadridge, ION product, Murex, Xceptor, smart stream products – TLM, gloss and Loan IQ is considered an asset
Knowledge of WSS application, AML, OFAC Compliance regulations, ICC rules, ISP98, URDG 758 and UCP 600 is considered an asset
Ability to overcome challenges presented by a constantly changing work environment
