That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

As a Systems Administrator, you will handle day-to-day IT escalations for our dealerships, reconditioning centers, and operations centers. You must be adept at troubleshooting and diagnosing network and other system-related issues, with strong technical skills in Windows 11, Meraki Networks, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Systems Administration projects, including new store locations and system implementations.

Manage remote sites.

Provide support and maintenance for:

  • Backup Solutions

  • DNS/DHCP

  • Microsoft 365 (M365)

  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)

  • Printing Solutions

  • Site Networks

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) & System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)

  • Thin Client Infrastructure (IGEL)

  • Workstation Patch Management

  • Access Controls & CCTV

Configure and implement third-party and native Windows solutions to support various projects and systems.

Collaborate with Data Center Services team members to execute projects and tasks as needed.

Ensure maximum system uptime for optimal end-user productivity.

Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1 support tickets.

So, What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?

6+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 2 years in a Systems Administration role in an Enterprise Environment.

2+ years of experience with one or more of the following Systems:

Meraki

  • · Configuring & maintaining SD-WAN, Switch, Access Point devices.

  • · Experience with DIA vendors and configuring devices to specification.

Microsoft 365 (M365) Administration:

  • Compliance

  • Exchange

  • Security

  • SharePoint

  • Teams

Mobile Device Management (MDM)

  • Intune/Autopilot

  • Kandji

  • SOTI MobiControl

Microsoft Azure/Entra ID

  • Enterprise Applications

  • SSO

  • SAML

  • SCIM

  • User Management

Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to rapid changes.

Capable of working with minimal supervision.

Exhibits strong customer service skills.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Schedule:

  • Standard shift Monday-Friday, some weekend hours may be required.

  • On-call rotation, one week per month.

  • Hybrid work: 2 days in the office per week, subject to change as business dictates.

  • MCSA or MCSE

  • CCENT or CCNA
