Sr ISC Production Supervisor - Day Shift

As a Sr ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production operations of our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the success and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

This position will be worked on site at the 1300 W Warner Rd., Tempe, AZ location

In this role, you will impact the production processes by leading a team of operators and technicians, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage the production operations to meet production targets and quality standards.

  • Lead a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance and support.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive efficiency.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2+ Supervisory experience in production or manufacturing

  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
