Hybrid Call Center (Mortgage Department)

Employment Type: 3 month contract to hire - can be brought on permanently based on performance.

Pay: Discussed during interview

Location: Tempe, Arizona

Training: 4 weeks onsite training shift Monday - Friday between 7am – 5pm

Schedule after training: Shift between 7am – 5pm Monday - Friday with one Saturday per month (Hybrid – 1 week fully onsite : 1 week fully working from home - alternating)

Job Description:

• Candidate will be assisting a large banking institution for their mortgage line of business.

• Candidates will be the front-line contact with potential customers and their home mortgage.

• This role will consist of outbound calling of potential mortgage customers to inquire about their current mortgage needs. Customers have expressed interest in a mortgage with this banking institution. Following up with them to go over if it would be a good fit or not.

• This is a short conversation (5-6 min).

• Much of the conversation is scripted to determine if they are interested in considering working with the bank. At that point, the call center agent will pass this customer to a home mortgage consultant.

• This is a high volume contact center. Agents could be making 100 calls per day

  Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 1-3 years customer service experience

• Call Center Experience is a plus!
