Mailroom Associate

On Site in Tempe, AZ

Salary:18/hr. plus benefits

M-F Start between 7 and 8:30 am and complete a 8 hr. shift.

About the role

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for performing tasks, such as mailroom sorting and machine operation. You will be part of a fast-paced work environment where you will receive incoming mail. Some of the mail will be checks that need special handling – separate the check, data entry and prep to send them to the processing team. Other documents will be separated into bins, scanned and indexed as needed.

Requirements

• Some experience in mailroom and/or document scanning experience

• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft products

• Strong attention to details

• Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning and document preparation.

• Scan hard copy files to electronic images, ensuring a quality image.

• Performs clerical task functions as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

• Must Complete and pass a background and drug test

• Must be 18 yrs. of age or older

• Must have a High school Diploma or GED equivalent.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $18/hr.
