Description:

The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance functions related to the NetSuite system. The NetSuite Administrator will play a key role in the analysis, solution development, testing and documentation of the overall solution to support daily business operations. We are looking for someone with Advanced Revenue Management and Fixed Assets experience within NetSuite.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, project management, change request and support tasks for all NetSuite application and the ecosystems.

• Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.

• Maintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity.

• Refine and customize internal billing tools and methods.

• Facilitate the creation and testing of future state business processes and script development.

• Work with multiple teams on roadmap projects involving financial applications and processes.

• Research and analyze application behaviors and improving performance and stability.

• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.

• Coordinate and communicate with impacted user groups.

• Ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite and other IT financial enterprise applications.

• Work with IT and other business groups to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into infrastructure if needed

• Work alongside the IT group to implement process improvements with systematic solutions

• Be able to understand articulate and document needed customization, reports, and capabilities

• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting
