Robert Half Customer Service - Customer Care Specialist in Sun City, Arizona

Description

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sun City, Arizona. This role is centered around providing exceptional support to our clients through web applications. The successful candidate will act as the main communication link between the Operations Center Account Management and other Business Units, and will be involved in handling complex client issues. As a vital part of our team, you will serve as an advocate for program health and client satisfaction, ensuring smooth operations. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, providing high-quality customer service

• Use web applications to manage and resolve end-user client issues

• Serve as the main communication link between the Operations Center Account Management and other Business Units

• Provide informed analysis of program health and client satisfaction

• Handle complex client issues, providing solutions that meet their needs and maintain their satisfaction

• Support the client throughout the life of the contract, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

• Use skills in Customer Service, Communication, Workstation Support, Account Management, Web App operations, Business Unit operations, and Operation Center operations to effectively perform job functions.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service, with a focus on providing exceptional support and assistance to clients.

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and team members.

• Prior experience in Workstation Support, assisting with technical issues and ensuring smooth operations.

• Knowledge of CSS and Web App development and management, with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Proven track record in Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Familiarity with the Business Unit operations, with the ability to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

• Experience in an Operation Center, managing various tasks and coordinating with different departments for efficient operations.
