Heavy Equipment Opportunities are available within various divisions: * Aggregates * Asphalt | Paving * Grading * Underground and more. Please note that this role requires a willingness to travel throughout Central and Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and Eastern Dakotas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Safely operates medium to heavy equipment. * Works closely with other crew members using hand signals to coordinate work and ensure safety. * Performs daily inspection and maintenance and ensures that equipment is in safe, proper working order including fluid checks and proper lubrication. * Notifies supervisor when equipment needs maintenance and repair. * Keeping equipment clean and preparing equipment for transport on flatbed when needed. * Maintain orderliness, cleanliness, and safety at the job site. * Follow the Supervisor's instructions closely. Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Understand the basics of mechanical equipment's. * Experience running heavy equipment is required. * Understand and adhere to all safety regulations. * Understand and adhere to the Personal Protection Equipment requirements. * An unwavering focus on safety. * OSHA * Willingness to travel throughout Central and Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa and Eastern Dakotas. * Ability to speak and communicate in English is required Work Environment/Physical Demands: * Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch and sit. * Work outside in all weather conditions. * Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 50 pounds. * Regularly work extended | overtime hours outdoors and in various weather conditions at all project locations. * Travel is required.
