Business Ops and Strategy Senior Manager (B5)
The winning candidate is a recognized strategic thinker and execution leader with a track record of driving both strategy development and strategy execution to deliver business success. She/he applies innate business acumen to developing strategic framework and sharpening proposed strategic plans. This effective and versatile leader drives a disciplined yet efficient operating cadence to track key initiatives. This outstanding communicator is equally adept and passionate about presenting to diverse audience (including C-suite) as they are coaching / influencing others to elevate organizational capability.
Winning Candidate Will:
Create a winning and effective operating rhythm playbook for a growing complex organization
Develop compelling executive communication for annual strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and key events
Reinforce communication with valuable business insights (what really matters) via best-in-class analytics and dashboards; distill complex information to succinct messaging
Strengthen the linkage from strategy development to strategy execution
Drive strategy communication within and outside organization to improve visibility and alignment
Apply creative mindset to initiate new programs based on organization needs / gaps
Establish a Center of Excellence to share best practices and upskill talent
Develop and conduct a mini portfolio planning process to prioritize projects vs. available funding by partnering with Finance and benchmarking best-known methods
Integrate seamlessly into cross-functional teams; thrive in a fast-paced environment serving Senior Executives
Winning Candidate Needs:
Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of work experience
Semiconductor industry experience / knowledge
Strategic and enterprise-level thinking; able to anticipate and mitigate roadblocks; energetic, self-directed, proactive, tenacious
Change management and branding expertise; highly organized and thorough
Coaching / influencing skill and temperament
Outstanding written, verbal, and visual presentation communication skills adaptable to all levels including C-Suite; top proficiency in PowerPoint
Nice to Have:
MBA
Applied Materials experience; AGS or other service experience; operations experience
Business intelligence, data analytics, and data visualization skills; Excel / Tableau proficiency
Program management / change management certification

U.S. Salary Range:
$156,000.00 - $214,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
