What You’ll Do

You will be the expert in managing regulatory compliance that includes Driver Qualification Files, Hours of Service, and other regulatory issues as well as Fleet related operations. Other duties will include:

  • Manage Driver Qualification Files

  • Maintain all electronic pre-trip & post trip inspections performed daily

  • Monitor all fuel card transactions

  • ARI Fleet Management - Track preventative maintenance, enter manual work orders and create management reports for all regions/sites. Manage ARI database for all vehicles additions, deletions or site transfers.

  • Review/modify monthly Fleet invoices and forward to AP Department (Uploads)

  • Manage and enter documents related to Transportation Safety Plan.

  • Assist with compliance of Transportation Safety Plan.

  • Create check requests for regular and new vendors

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school or greater equivalent required.

  • Desired: Minimum 4 years’ experience in Operations or a Transportation environment with a focus on Safety, Regulatory compliance and fleet management.

  • SAP experience preferred.

  • Excellent computer, data entry, and typing skills.

  • Familiar and competent with MS Word & Excel programs.

  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.

  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player
