REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Oregon required * Possess strong verbal and written communication skills * Self-motivated and highly organized * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work calmly under pressure * Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Word, Excel and Outlook * Knowledge of sleep apnea as a disorder and diagnosis preferred * Proficient knowledge of usage and maintenance of CPAP and Bi-level equipment preferred * Previous respiratory therapy experience preferred. JOB DUTIES: * Complies with all applicable company policies and procedures. * Maintains all required continuing education training. * Setup of patient\'s machines including pressure and comfort settings * Assists with implementation of quality improvement program to meet company and accreditation standards. * Maintains a professional and clean working environment. * Assists District Manager and CEO with the creation of letters for insurance claims, patient grievance response, patient updates to doctor\'s offices and any other required written communication. * Performs other duties as may be required or assigned by management. HOURS: Full time - Days Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm PAY: \$27 - \$34 DOE WORKSITE: Roseburg, Oregon
