Job Description

工作职责:

  • 负责财富传承中心客户相关法律咨询服务,协助客户相关问题给出参考建议

  • 协助各分公司各分支机构开展法律相关的客户经营活动、客户业务陪访、客户咨询建议等

  • 协助渠道对全国绩优业务人员的招募和培训提供法律方面的体系化赋能;

  • 协助分公司对机构教练提供法律方面的知识培训;

  • 研究高净值客户相关服务所涉及的法律问题,开展案例研究、经验萃取和复盘以助力销售转化。

经验要求:

  • 国内外名校全日制本科(含)以上学历, 法律相关专业优先;

  • 7年以上律师事务所经验,知名律师事务所优先;

  • 取得法律职业资格证书;

  • 较强的法律事务实践能力,具备婚姻家事和公司治理领域的法务经验,熟悉跨境财富管理相关法律实务者优先;

  • 具有较强的语言表达能力、客户沟通、人际交往及维系客户关系的能力;

  • 具有较强的工作责任心,能承担较大的工作挑战和压力,能经常出差。
