ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment. 2. Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel. 3. Welcomes and directs visitors and clients. 4. Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets. 5. Maintains filing systems as assigned. 6. Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. 7. Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment. 8. Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, meetings, workshops, etc. 9. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. 10. Perform related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must have a high school diploma, associate degree preferred. 2. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative role.   3. Must possess basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing. 4. Ability to effectively work both independently and in a team setting. 5. Effective written and verbal communication skills 6. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. 7. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. 8. Proven ability to meet deadlines and follow directions.
