What You’ll Do
You will be the expert in performing Data Entry and record keeping. Other duties will include:
Order entry, dispatch entry, and billing invoice entry.
Sorts and files maintenance repair orders and invoices and records.
Performs routine clerical and data entry functions within the maintenance department.
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports and logs.
Help with new hire training for new drivers and hourly personnel.
What We’re Looking For:
High school or greater equivalent required.
Excellent computer, data entry, and typing skills.
Familiar and competent with MS Word & Excel programs.
Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player
