GENERAL FUNCTION

The Finance Leadership Development program at EssilorLuxottica focuses on meaningful and challenging roles. The program is designed to develop future finance leaders within EssilorLuxottica, offering increased exposure to Finance Leadership and different areas of Luxottica’s Finance Organization. Rotations could be available in multiple geographic regions in the US including Dallas, Ohio and New York, with possible rotations internationally.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Job duties will be specific to the rotational role filled at each step through the program. In general, rotational roles will be held across the organization, with an emphasis on building leadership skills and developing a robust understanding of how the company and its lines of business achieve its financial performance targets.Each rotation is expected to last 9 to 15mos

  • Participates in strategic and operational priorities across the finance organization and possibly into collaborating business units.

  • Creates meaningful and accurate reportings that provide insights to the business.

  • Drives evolution of financial reporting and analytics.

  • Participates in special projects and creates ad hoc analysis.

  • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.

  • Maintains continuous improvement mindset and proactively identifies, reviews, and implements process improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related subject

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA

  • Ability and willingness to work in Ohio, New York, Internationally, or other geographic regions as determined by business need.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and influence across multiple functional areas

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to adapt to shifting and competing priorities

  • Ability to analyze problems, to compile data, to determine facts and reach a logical conclusion

  • Constructively challenges the process and takes the initiative to search for opportunities to grow, improve and innovate

  • Strong time management, organizational and communication skills, both written and oral

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong modeling and financial analysis skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous internship experience preferred

  • Study abroad experience or international exposure

  • Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion/Essbase

  • Experience in multi-national corporations

​Pay Range: 64,782.00 - 87,080.40

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
