• Able to work independently and with all departments.

• Must be flexible with hours and rare weekend work.

• Recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits and working with a diverse group of people.

• Some event coordinator and off property job fairs.

• Must be able to learn Oracle HMS system and other computer systems

• Must be familiar with Microsoft office, Excel, and Google.

• Previous HR experience helpful, but not required.

• You start earning paid time off (PTO) on Day 1.
