REPORTS TO

Project Executive or Senior Project Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION OF THE POSITION

  • Oversee planning and construction of all work in compliance with all requirements of the contract documents
  • Provide early identification of major construction risks and facilitate timely pre-planning for risk mitigation with project Superintendent.
  • Generate and enforce Site Accident Prevention Plan and Safety Program Management Binder.
  • Participates in jobsite safety enforcement
  • Schedule development, management and reporting
  • Implement subcontractor risk management parameters established by Project Leadership.
  • Generate labor and production plan for execution of work in accordance with project schedule
  • Ensure onsite material inventory is record and maintained with accuracy.
  • Generate and maintain project equipment log.
  • Cost control and reporting, ensuring accurate projections and quantities are recorded. Submit monthly project and management status reports.
  • Preserve and maximize project fee position.
  • Manage and oversee all elements of the change order process. Maintain accurate PCO log and ensure Owner Change Orders are issued timely.
  • Generate and maintain project contingency log.
  • Lead weekly project staff meetings and maintain current action item list for team.
  • Participate in BIM coordination. Ensure BIM coordination schedule supports the project construction schedule.
  • Supervises submittal process.
  • Supervises submittal process.
  • Supervises request for information (RFI) process.
  • Supervises job photos and progress documentation.
  • Supervises the completion of job close-out requirements.
  • Serves as primary participant in project dispute resolution.
  • Establishes and maintains relationship with BLHI general contracting project teams.
  • Establishes and maintains relationship with design team and Owner counterpart.
  • Establishes and maintains relationship with project subcontractors and vendors.
