Workers will be required to drive farm vehicles, tractors and equipment to cultivate, plow,\ harrow, fertilize, plant and store crops. Operating irrigation equipment and perform irrigation\ duties, check water levels in fields, install and remove levy gates, perform drainage duties.\ Weed crops and till soil by hand using hoes and shovels, towels and knives. Workers will unload grain bins and load into trucks, receive crops for drying and storage at the grain drying facility. Minor repair and maintenance to farm vehicles, equipment and tools. Clean in and\ around grain bins, grain pits, shop and housing, dispose of spoiled grain. Load cotton bales, pick up and load loose cotton, hand chop and rouge cotton, ensure hoppers are filled properly in mechanical harvesters, apply pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers to crops. Drug test may be administered post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties. Workers\ must follow all work and safety rules. Drug screen, Lifting requirement 50 lbs., Exposure to extreme temperatures, Extensive pushing or pulling, Extensive sitting or walking, Frequent stooping or bending over, Repetitive movements, Twelve months of verifiable agricultural equipment operating experience required. Must be able to climb 6\'-50\' ladders on grain bins. Must be 18 or older.

Housing: 1 Unit, Total Occupancy: 8

Meals: Housing has cooking and kitchen facilities and is offered free of charge to the workers.

Transportation: Workers will be provided transportation daily by 3 - 6 seat pickups that are farmer owned and covered under a vehicle insurance policy. Workers start time and stopping time will vary depending upon the weather but under normal circumstances will begin at 6:00 AM to approximate 2:00 PM. If workers do not live in farmer offered housing, they will be instructed to be at the shop or housing location to be transported to the job sites if they do not have their own transportation. Workers will be transported to and from stores to purchase groceries and other necessities by the same modes of transportation as listed above.\ Workers will choose the mode of transportation for inbound and outbound transportation. Workers will be reimbursed by the employer\ for the cost of transportation of the most economical mode of transportation and cost incurred and daily subsistence from the place of\ origin (home) to the place of employment upon 50% of the completed contract and return transportation and subsistence from the place of employment to the place of origin or to subsequent H2A employment upon completion of the contract, any extensions or upon no cause termination.
