Client Payments Specialist

What the day will look like

  • Reconciling and allocating payments received

  • Providing finance options for clients

  • Payment follow ups and managing debtors

  • Renewing and growing Premium Funding sales across all Aon Australia segments

  • Providing high level customer service and administration support to stakeholders

  • Responding to queries from brokers and funders, pertaining to client issues, defaults and cancellations

  • Ensuring all contracts and incoming funds are processed efficiently and accurately

  • Identifying process improvement opportunities

  • Accounts Receivable support and reducing days outstanding for debtors
