POSITION OVERVIEWThe Landscape Maintenance Laborer is someone with little to no landscape experience willing to learn and grow with us. The position works as a member of the team, follows the Team Leaders instruction, assists completing jobs within specified hours, and works to exceed the customers' expectations.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Completes landscape maintenance duties such as but not limited to hedge/shrub trimming, spring clean-ups, fall clean-ups, edging/mulching, pruning, etc. as instructed Completes the job in the most time-efficient manner meeting the company productivity targets while meeting our quality standards Communicates well with Team Leader and supervisor Maintains a clean and safe job site at all times Ensures that all equipment safety and maintenance procedures are followed and notifies Team Leader of needed repairs Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to chainsaws, hedge clippers, blowers, line trimmers, etc. Safely operates vehicles such as truck and trailer combinations Snow removal and ice management during the winter months KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE This position requires little to no experience in the landscaping field but is a plus Strong oral and written communication skills, time management, job planning skills, problem solving skills and mechanical aptitude are a plus Snow shovel/blower and plowing experience is a plus Clean Drivers License is required for all positions, CDL is a plus REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 18 years of age Positive attitude with appreciation and excitement towards the industry Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and under seasonal pressure<span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); ba
