A top company is looking for an Human Resources Assistant in Lincoln, IL

The role is onsite, M-F 8AM-5PM (Wednesdays work late until 7PM)

Duties:

• Candidates must be able to conduct new hire orientations/ onboarding activities / monitoring progress of new hires

• Candidates must be able to work with the Talent Acquisition Teams

• Candidates must be able to handle payroll questions

• Candidates will be responsible for union dues / documentation

• Candidates must be able to file and conduct detail record management

• Responsible for the administrative coordination and support of the Human Resources department and assisting in the development, implementation and administration of corporate human resources policies, programs and procedures.
