About The Role

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is hiring a Relationship Manager II for our Lehi branch. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Originate and manage a portfolio of $15-20 million or higher with the overall objective of growth, maintaining asset quality, and generating stable income for the bank. * Establish a lending portfolio with an emphasis in Commercial Real Estate, and Commercial Construction loans. * Generate new loan applications, and effectively underwrite these loan requests in coordination with the lending team. * Develop new lending, and deposit business relationships for the Bank. * Effectively maintain and expand existing business relationships. * While increasing profitable loan relationships, manage to a low delinquency and charge off rate - and ensure that lending operations and procedures meet bank policies. QUALIFICATIONS: * Five to ten years of similar or related experience

  • Education equivalent to a college degree KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY: * Sttong computer, analytical, communication, and managerial skills. * Must have experience analyzing business financial statements and assessing risk * Must have a fundamental knowledge of bank products, lending law and compliance requirements WORK ENVIRONMENT: PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
