Being reliable with the ability to be on time and at work each day is most important. Willing to train someone who is eager to learn and work hard. Some knowledge of modern day farming is helpful. Will need to operate a large sprayer, combine, and peanut harvesting equipment. Experience would be preferred. Some mechanical skills strongly desired.Driver's License required.
