What part will you play?

• Creation and Development of specific business models for digital industry applications in the area for electrical power supply and distribution.

• Preparation of short-, mid- and long-term biz plans for IoT-/ SaaS applications of the Business unit.

• Rolling performance monitoring and deviation analyses.

• Further development and implementation of the Go-to-market strategy.

• Cross functional process and application enablement/setting.

• Support in implementation of biz specific accounting standards, especially in revenue recognition as well as profit and loss reporting.

• Driving Guidance on standard contract templates and commercial conditions.

• Co-determination in pricing strategies and offer packages.

• Definition of company internal value flows and transfer-pricing.

• Maintenance of commercial frame conditions for participation in marketplaces and developer platforms.

• Biz administration for all matters of the department financials, including cost budget and investments.

• Definition of specific requirements for IoT/SaaS portfolio’s offer and order processes incl. applications.

• Communication and training of all BU x-functions about developments, products, and processes of own organization.

What you need to make real what matters.

• The basis of your career is a master’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.

• You have long-term professional experience in financial responsibilities across software business industries, R&D, regional sales, planning, controlling, and accounting.

• Proficiency in strategic thinking, analytics, indirect leadership, and motivation.

• Expertise in intercultural and cross-functional cooperation.

• In-depth understanding of end-to-end business processes and value flow models.

• Strong knowledge of software business specifics such as business models, financing, configuration, calculations, and legal contract evaluation.

• Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Data Analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, SAC, Office365), e-commerce platforms, subscription and billing platforms, and advanced calculation and presentation techniques.

• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, approximately 5%-10% of the time.
