Title: Hand Soldering - Rework Assembly

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00/hr DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Location: Westminster, CO

What you will do:

  • Showcased mastery in electronic assembly, encompassing fine pitch SMT and through-hole soldering techniques, along with adeptness in surface-mount and through-hole component replacement, PCB repair, and familiarity with relevant tools.

  • Offer comprehensive RMA repair assistance, addressing both warranty and non-warranty returns with precision and expertise.

  • Collaborate seamlessly within a dynamic team environment, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal productivity.

  • Uphold production standards through meticulous team scheduling and active participation in quality meetings, ensuring our deliverables exceed expectations.

  • Employ problem-solving methodologies within the team framework, leveraging the principles of SPC and TQC to address challenges efficiently and effectively.

  • Embrace flexibility by embracing additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to overall team success.

Requirements:

  • Must possess good manual dexterity and be able to read and build from procedures and prints.

  • Experience in fine pitch SMT soldering and knowledge of associated tools.

  • Training or certification in IPC-A-610.

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow procedures and processes.

  • Minimum 3 years as Solder 2 or equivalent combination of education/experience in related field.

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing/repair required

  • Strong communication skills in both written and oral English

  • Computer literate (i.e. Windows, Excel, Word)

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including some refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
