Jumeirah Group’s newest resort Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will lead a new generation of Group’s ultra-luxury portfolio. About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Community Manager to join our team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Primary Point of Contact

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for Built to Sell unit (BTS) owners and owners committee, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  2. Actively engage with residents, owners, and owners' committees to build rapport, gather feedback, and address any issues or requirements to enhance overall resident satisfaction and community experience.

  3. Resolves Complaints, feedback suggestions from OC/Residents/ tenant

  4. Ensure Move-in and Move-out procedure is in place and process is strictly followed

Sale Purchase Agreement, Special conditions, Master community development, Building management agreement and disclosure statement.

  1. Primary guardian on the above agreements.

  2. Ensure compliance on the applicable clauses with BTS owners, Jumeriah operations team, Dubai holdings project team and relevant stakeholders.

Service Charges – Budgets – Reporting

  1. Collaborate with the finance, legal, REWA to formulate service charges, handle inquiries, and address questions from BTS owners.

  2. Assist with annual budget preparation in coordination with Director of Finance, General Manager, Owners Committee Chairman, and other stakeholders.

  3. Accountable for delivering the necessary monthly reports to BTS owners regarding service charges, including information on projects and planned preventive maintenance (PPM)

Facility Management

  1. Oversee all aspects of facility management for the property, ensuring operational efficiency and maintenance standards are met.

  2. Contribute insights and recommendations to decision-making processes related to premises management and development within the property.

  3. Lead the coordination of organizational and administrative functions within facility management, liaising with engineering, security, corporate legal, and developer project teams.

  4. Key Liaison with the project team for requested rectification works by the BTS owners

Service Delivery / Owner’s benefits.

  1. Uphold high service standards for BTS owners across the property, fostering positive relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

  2. Assist in the planning and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures to always ensure adherence to the property.

  3. Responsible to manage, organize, coordinate and communicate the owners benefits

Rental Pool Management

  1. Propose, work through (With relevant stakeholders) and manage a residences rental pool program for the BTS owners for both Marsa Residences and Hotel.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Hospitality or any other relevant field
