What will you do?

Reporting to the Team Leader – IT, the incumbent will have the main responsibility of supporting, assisting and training colleagues at the Drummondville plant in the use of the SAP software package. The incumbent will also actively participate in projects to improve the plant's business processes. Acquainted with SAP best business practices, prepared to take on challenges, and motivated by change, the candidate will hold a key position within the organization.

• Receive user service requests, initiate, and document incident management, and support users in problem solving;

• Identify opportunities to optimize current business processes, analyze organizational impacts, recommend possible solutions and undertake improvement projects;

• Advise users and develop methods and procedures for an optimal use of SAP and related IT tools;

• Provide user training and ensure that they have the knowledge and skills necessary for optimal use of the system;

• Ensure that the user guides for the systems served are up to date;

• Build and improve internal scripts (queries) related to the use of SAP data;

• Promote the continuous improvement of procedures and processes within the department and the company.

*The position required to work in person at our Drummondville office **

What will you need to succeed?

• Minimum of two years of experience using the SAP software package;

• Ability to work within a team, collaborative spirit, and strong ability to manage priorities;

• Proven diligence, resourcefulness, and determination;

• Excellent communication skills, and strong problem solving skills;

• Customer focused (service and availability);

• Strong knowledge of Office365;

• College degree or bachelor’s degree in a field related to manufacturing, an asset;

• Knowledge of Winshuttle software, an asset;

• Excellent knowledge of French (spoken and written);

• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written), to interact with colleagues nationally
