The salary is £26,790.43 plus shift allowance.

Working 37.5 hours per week on a weekly rotating shift pattern of:

Mornings: Monday to Friday 6.45am – 2.45pm

Afternoons: Monday to Thursday 3.00pm – 11.00pm, Friday 3.00pm – 10.30pm.

This role is a temporary contract for up to 24-months with the potential to become permanent dependent on performance and business needs.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Assembling high horsepower natural gas and diesel engines.

• Working to the given takt time.

• Maintaining both quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Successful candidates will possess the ability to understand instruction.

• Work under their own initiative within the recognised process.

• Have a good level of numeracy and literacy.

• You will need to be PC or Handheld Terminal literate.

• Good communication skills.

• Work well within a team.

• Have a good appreciation of quality standards and health and safety requirements.
