Job Summary We are currently hiring a Growth Marketer for our Marketing and Talent Journey team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. This position's primary role is to manage our web and social presence to align with our integrated Marketing and Branding strategy, focusing on the website as our primary marketing hub for talent and client attraction, engagement, and organic lead generation. This role is responsible for contributing to digital marketing strategy and for campaign execution and reporting. Essential Duties Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these: Maintain a deep knowledge of the end-to-end talent journey, including multiple systems, sources, and entry points. Contribute to the maintenance of user journey mapping and metrics reporting to include talent acquisition, interview and placements, retention and automated communications and engagement tools. Conduct data-driven test and learn pilots to identify measurable ways to improve talent conversion and experience. A/B testing on talent communications, for continuous improvement in engagement and established Talent KPIs. Monitor and ensure effectiveness of talent acquisition and engagement campaigns in increasing organic talent acquisition and referrals. Maintain a deep understanding of user needs as they evolve, including talent, recruiters, and customers; align systems and processes to meet these needs. Collaborate with marketing and communications team members to ensure engaging and relevant content, and communications frequency. Competencies Competencies we value for this role include: Eight years of experience in automated marketing, lead generation, communications, talent acquisition, or related functions. Prior experience with automated marketing tools, such as Hubspot, Marketo, Sense, etc. Experience using Excel for marketing campaign analytics and reporting. The ability to manage programs independently, to analyze data performance and identify actions for improvement. Effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment, work under pressure and be very detail oriented. You'll need to be innovative, automate processes, create efficiencies, and have the commitment to continuous improvement.
