What You’ll Do
Reporting to the CSR Supervisor, you will be the expert in providing the highest level of business support. You will be part of a dynamic team who encompasses accurate invoicing, monitoring inventory movements, and high-level analysis to answer internal and external customer inquiries. Other duties will include:
Professionally analyze, create and answer customer and government billing inquiries and reports;
Have a basic understanding of other departments within the business and the impact different areas have on one another.
Ensure customer orders include all contractual changes and are accurately invoiced in a timely manner, in order to maximize cash flow and relieve inventory in SAP.
Understand and maintain customer profiles to reflect customer contracts.
Resolve internal and external customer billing inquiries.
Ensure compliance to customer POs and contracts.
Responsible for generating monthly site inventory counts and assist with controlling SLOB for target inventory turns.
Troubleshoot and analyze to reconcile any deficiencies or overages
Assist sites with goods receipts and issues, open PO’s and transfers for accurate SAP and Site inventory data.
Days Sales Outstanding
Assist operations in managing orders to ensure target days to invoice is reached.
Daily reporting of open orders; working with internal customers for punctual billing. (Credit, Pricing Administration, Sales, Customer Master Data)
Daily reporting of account documents not generated.
Manage Sky Mobile and work with sites to correct Lazer errors.
Ensuring customer profile databases are maintained with current quotes, PO’s, Accounts, Sales Orgs, and procedures.
Be knowledgeable of customer quotes and contracts; ensuring accurate billing.
Document details of corrections and additional charges.
Maintain accurate documentation for audit trail purposes in all areas.
Assist in month end reporting
Maintain effective working relationships with employees in other Company offices, by responding to their queries and expediting the flow of information.
Comply with all government regulation (including NRCan, TDG, OH&S, and WHMIS) and company policies (including ISO and MSHA standards).
Maintain COR / OSHA training and certification requirements.
Adherence to company safety programs (eg. Take 5s, SHAERS, Safedays and Safety Meetings)
What We’re Looking For:
Education: College or University Business related degree an assetAND/OR
Experience: 2 years of related work experience in a mid to large sized organization.
Technical: SAP capability, computer literacy in Microsoft Office Products, including One Drive, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Comply with all government regulations and Audits (including NRCan, TDG, OH&S, and WHMIS) and company policies (including ISO and MSA standards)
Bilingual - English/French is an asset
