TITLE: Head CookREQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma and minimum 5 years of experience as a cook or in a related field.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: At least one Certification in Culinary Arts or a related field.JOB DUTIES: Create menus and specials that offer a unique blend of flavors to cater to diverse palates. Oversee the food preparation process; ensure quality and variety. Supervise or coordinate activities of cooks, kitchen staff, or any workers engaged in the food preparation process. Train and instruct cooks or other workers in preparing, cooking, garnishing, or presenting food. Ensure authentic, on-trend, and precisely executed culinary standards and techniques.
