About the Role:

The Manager will lead project teams to deliver sustainability solutions and will develop thoughtful analysis and creative solutions for our clients. The Senior Analyst will have broad exposure to CBRE’s sustainability disciplines working with clients across sectors and industries. Topics of sustainability projects may include: decarbonization strategies, facility energy audits, overall sustainability and ESG strategy regulations and reporting frameworks, green leasing, greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, circular economy, renewable energy, electric vehicles, investor ESG certifications (e.g., GRESB), among others. In addition, candidates that are savvy in data visualization, complex problem solving, and have experience implementing sustainability strategies are preferred.

•Strong technical expertise across various sustainability areas.

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.

•Exemplary communication skills, both oral and written.

•Experience and ability to nimbly work in a fast paced environment.

•Proven ability to lead consulting engagements and deliver high-impact solutions to clients.

•Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

•Track record of driving results, and in delivering sustainability solutions to clients.

•Passion for developing and delivering groundbreaking sustainability strategies.

•Desire and ability to integrate CBRE initiatives, services, products, and research into cohesive solutions that allow clients to materially advance their sustainability goals.

•Client-service oriented work ethic, driven by a desire to act and continually learn.

What You’ll Need:

•Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

•Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. •Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

•Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.

•In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

•Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

•Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
