Responsibilities: As a Burn Table Operator on our day shift team, you will operate CNC lasers to cut metal sheets and plates into intricately crafted components. Your role will involve selecting cutting programs, adjusting parameters, and ensuring precision through diligent monitoring. Thorough final inspections will guarantee the exceptional quality of every piece you produce. Physical Requirements: This role involves medium work, including activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, hearing, talking, grasping, feeling, handling, repetitive motions, small motor skills, visual acuity, and lifting (up to 50 lbs). Environmental Conditions: The work environment is typical of a manufacturing setting with protection from weather conditions, though temperature changes may occur. Noise levels may require raised voices for communication. The environment may include proximity to moving mechanical parts, exposure to electrical current, working at heights, and potential exposure to respiratory irritants, skin irritants, and cutting fluids.
