We are looking for a smart, hungry and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to develop, iterate and execute strategic and scalable marketing plans to drive growth for Gift cards business. They would decipher customer funnel, identify inputs to drive growth and own end-to-end planning and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for the communication strategy, rewards strategy, mining customer insights and behavior from data, planning and executing best in class on-site merchandising strategies and driving online and offline marketing channels. This role is based in Bangalore.

The Product Marketing Manager will be the single threaded leader who will partner with the leadership to translate the voice of the customer to actionable insights to sharpen the product construct to enhance the customer value proposition. They will propose, plan and execute go to market initiatives to drive awareness, trial and retention with minimal oversight, partnering with category and product teams to achieve the business goals . This person may need to set goals for cross-functional projects that all functions may be involved in achieving and will liaise with product and category teams to execute.

Analysis of business priorities and results while consistently delivering improved customer experiences is a must.

Technical requirements include proficiency in Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools like Content Symphony and Data Warehouse quickly. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction, manage uncertainties that arise. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused with clear communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

-Track and analyze customer needs based on customer behaviors including searching, browsing and purchasing, identifying problems and opportunities and respond accordingly

-Build marketing strategy for Gift Cards business from awareness to retention.Translate this plan to the yearly/quarterly/monthly marketing calendar

-Build & lead growth plans that include traffic channels (Discovery, navigation, visibility SOV & rewards touch points, off-Amazon channels), different target segments, conversion through the funnel and MAU to drive business goals

-Identify key product interventions to improve customer CX/ funnel conversions and partner with product and category teams to drive prioritization and lead roll outs

-Understand Corporate Gift cards category and build a robust lead generation plan

-Develop testing plans (copy, ads, landing pages) for continuous performance improvement and optimization of the campaigns : BAU and during events

-Build a playbook for topical events for Gift cards

-Pull and report on performance metrics of site content to inform strategies for enhancements

-Work closely with category & partner marketing teams to execute campaigns and programs

-Develop formalized documentation, processes and procedures, and A/B testing strategies.

-Develop compelling, relevant strategic input docs and creative briefs for creative development

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience communicating results to stakeholders

  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
