  • This position is based in Baltimore, Maryland but eligible for our flexible work schedule (4 days/week in office, 1 day/week remote)

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field preferred

  • Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity

  • Highly motivated, confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and with others

  • Background and/or strong interest in finance preferred

  • Interest in credit research and fixed income investing

  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics which can be additive to the investment process

  • Knowledge of and interest in the municipal market preferred

  • Progress toward CFA designation is a plus

  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (e.g., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant work status)

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to one day a week.
