Job Summary Working under the supervision of the Production Shift Manager, the Production Technician will be responsible for start-to-finish processing of baseplates. Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for printing and assembly of baseplates in a production environment
• Ability to meet production goals to ensure scheduled orders meet deadlines
• Mindful of production data related to the product quantity, quality, and visual inspection at all stages of the production process
• Notify supervisors of production problems, and assist in identifying and correcting these problems
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Willing to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work over-time when needed (short notice)
• Adhere to all safety polices and OSHA standards
• Perform other task as assigned
• Go the extra mile

Language Skills/Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to Work Under Pressure

Education/Experience

• High School diploma
• 2+ years experience in production and manufacturing, or similar work environment
• Proficient at reading, writing, speaking, receiving verbal and written instructions.
