What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Provide Branch-wide overarching support for ongoing processes, and assist with the development, refinement, and streamlining of Branch processes to gain efficiencies and improve client support.

  • Assist with recruiting to include the creation / modification of job requisitions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and completing hiring manager duties.

  • Planning and execution for new and emerging Branch efforts. This may include assisting in the creation of new project/program deliverables; creating, managing and updating schedules, meetings, and workflows; and/or conducting research within corporate libraries and other data holdings to identify relevant policies / processes for Branch’s own uses.

  • Facilitate engagements with potential partners, clients, and other CACI entities.

  • Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.

  • Liaison with vendors to ensure purchased services and products are on schedule and within budget.

  • Provides Branch level leadership to ensure the program meets all key performance parameters and achieves all established organizational objectives.

  • Assists with the management of day-to-day technical activities of the program.

  • Interface with Government and other stakeholder customers and may represent CACI in project meetings.

  • Assist the Technical Program Manager in conducting program reviews internally with CACI senior management and externally with the Customer leadership team.

  • Identifies and manages technical performance and management metrics that track progress against schedule and cost baselines for the program.

  • Interface with various levels of program leadership: project managers, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel to ensure that all projects are delivered within compliance, scope, time, and budget constraints.

  • Supports the development and evaluation of customer-focused performance metrics.

  • Collaborates with the Program Office staff (internal and external stakeholders) to ensure program deliverables are accurate, developed for senior leadership review, and submitted on time IAW schedule requirements.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI security clearance.

  • BA/BS degree plus 3 years of related experience, Associates with five (5) years of related experience, or a combination of education and related experience

  • 3-5 years of program management experience, preferred.

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

  • Superior organization and time management skills.

  • Detailed oriented

  • Ability to fully leverage Microsoft Office Suite of tools (MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) with a practical understanding of SharePoint.

  • Ability to anticipate needs and possess the initiative to address them.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to change.

  • Proven experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Knowledgeable of the Customer’s organization, mission, and partners.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400 - 143,700 USD
